Tracking Your Support Tickets

Once you've created a support ticket, you can easily track its progress and communicate with our support team.

Ticket Status

  • Open: Ticket has been created and is awaiting review
  • In Progress: Our team is working on your issue
  • Pending: Waiting for your response or additional information
  • Resolved: Issue has been resolved
  • Closed: Ticket has been closed

Viewing Tickets

Go to Support > My Tickets to view all your tickets and their current status.
